Supporting National Social Protection Through Reliable Communication Systems


Bakou Systems is proud to support Cambodia’s national social protection system through the successful deployment and ongoing maintenance of the call and contact center platform for the National Social Security Fund (NSSF).


This project was implemented in collaboration with the international development organization Groupe de Recherches et d'Echanges Technologiques under the Social Protection: Innovations for Informal Sector (SPIN Project), aimed at strengthening public service delivery and improving access to social protection for workers across Cambodia.

2022 — Building the Foundation
In 2022, Bakou Systems successfully designed and delivered the NSSF Call Center System as part of the SPIN Project implementation.

The system enabled:
Centralized hotline services
Efficient member communication
Structured service management
Improved response capability

The contribution of Bakou Systems was officially recognized in the NSSF Annual Report 2022, which confirmed that the project:

“Equipped and supplied the NSSF Call Center System from Bakou System Co., Ltd.”

This milestone marked an important step toward modernizing customer service operations within the national social protection system.

2023 — Ensuring Stability and Service Quality
Following deployment, Bakou Systems continued to support operational stability through:

    System monitoring
    Technical support
    Performance optimization
    User and administrator assistance

These efforts ensured reliable service delivery to millions of registered workers and employers using NSSF services.

2025–2026 — Expanding Capacity and Reliability
As service demand increased, Bakou Systems continued its partnership with NSSF through:
